Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM SME with 3+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience for Bengaluru-based operations. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise across Planning, Procurement, Inventory, MFG, Maintenance, OM, Pricing, Configuration, PIM, and Quality Management.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Oracle SCM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (SCP, SFO, PLM PIM & Quality).
• Drive system configuration, testing, and support activities across manufacturing and costing modules.
• Align solutions with business requirements and best practices; facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct process workshops to gather requirements and design manufacturing and costing workflows.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.

Your Work Profile

• Oracle fusion Supply chain SME having 3+ years of experience of working on Implementations.
• Extensive exposure on pursuits and good presentation skills
• In depth end to end knowledge on subject area
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM module like:
• Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
• Supply Chain Execution – INT, MFG, MNT
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) – PIM & Quality Management
• Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SFO)
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Drive system configuration, testing, and support activities, overseeing end-to-end processes within the manufacturing and costing modules.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and operations, to integrate manufacturing and costing functionalities with other Oracle modules.
• Conduct process workshops to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design solutions that enhance manufacturing and costing workflows.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to project scope and deadlines.

Key Skills Required

• Overall 3+ years of experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management, with a minimum of 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in majority of the SCM functions like Planning, Procurement, Inventory, MFG, Maintenance, OM, Pricing, Configuration, PIM, & Quality Management.
• Excellent project management skills, with a background in leading teams and managing timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and client-facing experience.
• Oracle certifications in SCM relates area (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
