As an HCM-OIC, VBCS-Associate, you will specialise in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 1 years of experience
