Job summary

Frost & Sullivan is seeking a Consultant in the ICT Advisory practice to engage with clients, manage project delivery and contribute to business development through proposals and client pitches.

You will lead workstreams, perform market research, develop data-driven recommendations and build strong client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, IT or related field; postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 4–6 years in consulting, advisory, market intelligence, research or related professional services.
• Foundational ICT industry knowledge including market dynamics and competition.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-to-insight translation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams, structure analyses, develop recommendations and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, market assessments, competitor benchmarking and strategic analysis; translate findings into client insights.
• Build client relationships, clarify requirements, present findings and support discussions with stakeholders.

About The Role

As a Consultant, you will engage with clients, manage project delivery and contribute to business development through proposal development, client pitches and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Consulting & Project Delivery: Lead project workstreams, structure analyses, develop recommendations and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research, market assessments, competitor benchmarking and strategic analysis. Translate findings into actionable client insights.
• Client Engagement: Build client relationships, clarify project requirements, present findings and support discussions with client stakeholders.

Required Competencies

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline. A postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Typically, 4–6 years of experience in consulting, advisory, market intelligence, research or a related professional services environment.
• Foundational understanding of the ICT industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
