Job summary

Kailash Hospital is seeking an experienced Gynecology professional to manage a broad spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care. The role covers preventive care, menstrual health, family planning, obstetric services, surgical and medical treatments, and menopause support.

Ideal candidates hold MS/DNB in Gynecology and possess strong clinical skills in exams, screenings, and patient counseling. This position is based in Dehradun and involves onsite hospital work in Uttarakhand.

Qualifications

• Must hold MS or DNB in Gynecology.
• Experience in gynecology practice preferred.
• Good knowledge of obstetric care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pelvic and breast exams, Pap smears, HPV screenings, and vaccinations.
• Diagnose and manage irregular periods, PCOS, endometriosis, and thyroid imbalances.
• Provide birth control counseling, contraception, premarital/preconception advice, and infertility evaluations.
• Manage obstetric care including prenatal checkups, labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
• Treat fibroids, ovarian cysts, PID, and perform procedures like laparoscopy or hysterectomy.
• Assist in menopause care and bone health management.
