Job summary

Hlfppt seeks a dedicated program coordinator to lead menstrual hygiene education and outreach across communities. You will conduct workshops, provide counseling, and develop educational materials for adolescents, parents, teachers, and partners.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public health, or education, with strong communication skills and experience in health education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in adolescent health programs preferred.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs on menstrual hygiene.
• Provide one-on-one or group counseling to address questions on menstruation.
• Develop brochures, presentations, and activity-based learning modules.
• Promote healthy menstrual practices, including hygiene routines and product usage.
• Collaborate with schools, NGOs, community leaders, and health professionals to increase outreach.
• Address myths and misconceptions with culturally sensitive communication.
• Track attendance, maintain records, and prepare periodic reports on outcomes.
• Coordinate with partners to access menstrual hygiene products.
• Support sanitation and product availability initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment for adolescents.
