Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Secunderabad is seeking a qualified aesthetic doctor to lead clinical hair and skin treatments. You will examine clients, recommend treatment plans, and perform procedures safely in a busy multi-clinic environment.

The role requires BDS or MDS with registration and 2–5 years of aesthetics experience, including procedures like Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC, microneedling, and laser therapies.

Qualifications

• BDS or MDS with registration required.
• 2–5 years of aesthetics or cosmetology experience.
• Experience performing hair and skin procedures independently, including PRP/GFC blood extraction.

Responsibilities

• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain diagnoses clearly.
• Advise on suitable treatments and start the regimen.
• Perform procedures per protocol: Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC, microneedling, chemical peels.
• Conduct blood extraction for PRP/GFC.
• Document clinical notes and consent, and maintain before/after photos.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and outcomes.

Location: 2nd Floor, 10-2-196, Nehru Nagar Colony, East Marredpally (Opposite Deccan Club), Secunderabad, Telangana 500026

Salary: ₹7 Lakh to ₹9 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: BDS / MDS (Aesthetics or Cosmetology experience required)

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be the clinical expert at the clinic. You will examine clients, advise on the right hair or skin treatment, and perform procedures safely.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain the diagnosis in simple words.
• Recommend a suitable treatment plan and help the client start it.
• Perform procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC for skin and hair, Autologous Micrograft Treatment, microneedling and chemical peels, as per protocol.
• Do blood extraction for PRP and GFC.
• Review existing clients and make sure they are satisfied with their results.
• Take informed consent, clinical notes and before/after photos for every client.
• Handle side effects and client concerns calmly and safely.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets and follow up with clients after treatment.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• BDS or MDS with a valid registration.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology (hair and skin).
• Has done hair and skin procedures independently, including blood extraction for PRP/GFC.
• Comfortable with monthly sales targets.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with Botox and fillers.
• Experience in hair transplant assessment.
• Experience with laser treatments and trichoscope / Proscope use.
• Certification in clinical cosmetology or aesthetics.
