Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Raipur is seeking a Consultant Doctor to serve as the clinical expert, examining clients and advising on hair or skin treatments, and performing procedures safely.

You will perform Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC for skin and hair, microneedling, autologous micrograft, and laser-related work, while taking blood extractions for PRP/GFC and maintaining detailed clinical notes.

Qualifications

• BDS or MDS with valid registration.
• 2–5 years in aesthetics or cosmetology.
• Independent experience in hair and skin procedures including blood extraction for PRP/GFC.
• Comfortable with monthly sales targets.
• Weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain the diagnosis clearly.
• Recommend a suitable treatment plan and initiate it.
• Perform Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC for skin and hair, microneedling, and chemical peels as per protocol.
• Collect blood for PRP and GFC as needed.
• Conduct tele-consultations and follow up on results.
• Maintain clinical notes, informed consent, and before/after photos.
• Address side effects and client concerns calmly and safely.
• Help the clinic achieve targets and follow up with clients post-treatment.

Salary 7 Lakh to 9 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience 2 to 5 years

Qualification BDS / MDS (Aesthetics or Cosmetology experience required)

Job type Full-time

Working days 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain the diagnosis in simple words.
• Recommend a suitable treatment plan and help the client start it.
• Perform procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC for skin and hair, Autologous Micrograft Treatment, microneedling, and chemical peels, as per protocol.
• Do blood extraction for PRP and GFC.
• Take tele-consultations.
• Review existing clients and make sure they are satisfied with their results.
• Take informed consent, clinical notes, and before/after photos for every client.
• Handle side effects and client concerns calmly and safely.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets and follow up with clients after treatment.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• BDS or MDS with a valid registration.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology (hair and skin).
• Has done hair and skin procedures independently, including blood extraction for PRP/GFC.
• Comfortable with monthly sales targets.
• Comfortable working on weekends.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with Botox and fillers.
• Experience in hair transplant assessment.
• Experience with laser treatments and trichoscope / Proscope use.
• Certification in clinical cosmetology or aesthetics.
