Careernet is seeking an experienced professional to support OTC derivative and structured note settlement activities across the trade lifecycle in Bengaluru. You will handle coupon, cash, and share redemption events with precision and timely execution, ensuring smooth processing of settlements.

The role requires 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking operations or derivatives settlements, with hands-on knowledge of OTC derivatives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking operations or derivatives operations.
• Strong experience in investment banking operations and derivatives settlement workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of OTC derivatives and structured note settlements.
• Ability to manage settlement processing with accuracy across cash, coupon, and share redemptions.
• Experience with operational controls, issue resolution, and transaction processing in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Process OTC derivative and structured note settlements across the trade lifecycle.
