Job summary

Worldline is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to drive the design, development and upgrade of ITSM applications. You will partner with stakeholders and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will mentor teammates, enforce coding standards, and help optimise workflows, integrations and data models while ensuring delivery within timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow including core ITSM modules.
• ITIL Foundations Certification and ServiceNow certification.
• Expertise with workflows, flow designer, catalog items, Business Rules.

Responsibilities

• Define constraints and develop requirements with stakeholders and technical counterparts.
• Develop ServiceNow apps and integrations from initiation to completion, to customer requirements.
• Maintain and support existing developments; design, code and test reviews; mitigate risks.
• Design quality features and propose how applications should evolve in the future.
• Lead a team, monitor performance, SLA/KPI weekly; report project health monthly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders as well as technical and analytical counterparts to define constraints and develop requirements and concept of operations documentations
• Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, to the customer requirements. Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
• As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, Maintain and support existing developments. Provide conceptual design, prototype, and test cycles appropriate to chosen technical solution. You will be responsible for Design, code and test Reviews, identify technical risks and develop mitigations strategies
• Design quality features and propose how the applications and solutions should evolve in the future.
• Ability to lead a team, monitor performance, people, SLA/KPI on weekly frequency.
• Reporting project health on monthly frequency local and global. Should poses good presentation skills and crisp and clear communication.
• Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices (naming conventions, update set strategy, code quality, security compliance)
• Design and implement scalable and upgrade-safe solutions, ensuring minimal technical debt and alignment with ServiceNow platform guidelines
• Design and implement robust integration architectures (event-driven, async patterns, retry mechanisms, error handling frameworks)
• Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions
• Define and maintain technical documentation, HLD/LLD

• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow, developing core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Notify, Asset Management, Service Portal, Agent Workspace
• ITIL Foundations Certification. ServiceNow certified Application Developer
• Expertise with workflows, flow designer, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, script includes.
• Experience with web service integrations (REST, SOAP), creation of custom web services, Mid Server configuration
• Experience with portal development, including creation of custom web components in Service Portal [CSS, Angular JS, node.JS, Bootstrap Transformation MAP, Scheduler, Connections with other database/instances, Web Services
• Exposure to testing frameworks (ATF – Automated Test Framework)
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Spokes
• Hands-on experience with Scoped Applications and App Engine Studio
• Ability to synthesize solution design information, architectural principles, available technologies, third-party products, and industry standards to formulate a system architecture that meets client requirements and can be delivered within the desired timeframe
• Can do attitude, thinking out of the box and being open for new technologies and solutions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken
