Job summary

Crazibrain Solutions seeks an experienced Data Science professional to drive advanced analytics, Generative AI initiatives, forecasting, and automation. You will partner with stakeholders to turn data into strategic insights, enable data-driven decisions, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

Ideal candidates have strong ML, NLP, and forecasting expertise, with 1–2 years in Generative AI and experience in FMCG/beverage-like sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, BI, or related functions.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies and real-world implementations (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and manage interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to track sales, distribution, market performance, and commercial effectiveness.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, business opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Develop KPI frameworks and executive scorecards to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Streamline reporting processes through automated workflows and centralized data access mechanisms.
• Build and deploy Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs and open-source alternatives.
• Develop AI‑powered solutions for automated report creation, knowledge extraction, document summarization, and business query assistance.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and experiment with agent‑based frameworks.
• Apply machine learning and NLP techniques to address business challenges including customer segmentation, promotion analysis, demand optimization, and predictive modeling.
• Develop statistical and ML-based forecasting models to improve sales planning and inventory management.
• Partner with finance teams to create financial forecasting models, profitability analyses, and budgeting frameworks.
• Support annual planning cycles and strategic business initiatives through scenario modelling and predictive insights.
• Provide recommendations to leadership based on forecasting outputs and business simulations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation using Python, SQL, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Build and maintain reliable ETL processes that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across systems.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Data Science professional to drive advanced analytics, Generative AI initiatives, forecasting solutions, and process automation across the organization. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to convert data into strategic insights, enhance decision‑making, and develop scalable AI‑powered solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. The role will also involve working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide data‑driven recommendations, and deliver impactful analytics and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in machine learning, data analytics, AI technologies, business forecasting, and automation, preferably within the FMCG, consumer goods, or beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift.
• Prior experience supporting FMCG, beverage, consumer products, or related industries.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business outcomes through analytics and AI‑driven initiatives.
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on exposure to Generative AI technologies and real‑world implementations.
