The role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or data management and familiarity with governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Alation.

• Up to 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management.
• Familiarity with governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or similar) is a plus.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data governance policies and frameworks
• Define and track data governance KPIs, integrate dashboards, and provide report overviews for leadership
• Strong knowledge of Data Quality (DQ) concepts, data profiling, and issue resolution
• Monitor, measure, and report on data quality metrics across systems
• Maintain data lineage, metadata, and master data management practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Partner with business and IT teams to drive data stewardship and governance best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
