Job summary

Sattva Consulting Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Consultant for Business and Financial Operations to drive project governance, optimize financial processes, and collaborate with internal teams for operational efficiency and business outcomes.

You will work on data management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder governance, mentoring juniors and sharing best practices across units in a dynamic, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial operations, finance transformation, consulting, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills.
• Experience with financial systems, automation, or process standardization would be an advantage.

The Opportunity

As a Consultant for Business and Financial Operations, you will drive project governance, improve financial processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and business outcomes. This role rewards strong business understanding and execution-level thinking — you should be someone who can quickly grasp how a business process functions and where the operational risk sits, and then move a problem forward with minimal interventions.
