Job summary

TTEC Digital in Hyderabad seeks a Consultant – Data Analytics to deliver data engineering, analytics, and API solutions. You will transform raw data into scalable structures, design pipelines, and collaborate with data scientists and project leads across cloud-based modernization efforts.

The role combines hands-on coding with solution design, mentoring, and client collaboration, using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Apigee, Docker, and Kubernetes in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field and strong cloud data experience.
• 5–8 years of data engineering/analytics experience with modern data platforms.
• 2+ years designing REST services and APIs in a cloud environment.
• Experience building containerized apps in Kubernetes environments.
• CKAD and Apigee API Engineer certifications preferred.

Position Purpose

The Consultant – Data Analytics is part of the TTEC Digital Analytics & Insights Experience (AIX) team, responsible for delivering data engineering, analytics, and API solutions that enable clients to transform raw transactional data into scalable, usable data structures and actionable insights.

The role combines hands-on technical expertise with solution design, project delivery, mentoring, and client collaboration. The Consultant will work closely with Data Scientists, Project Leads, Managers, and other technical teams across implementation, modernization, migration, and cloud-based data engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, transform, and structure raw data from multiple sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable datasets and data pipelines.
• Improve data quality, reliability, performance, and processing efficiency.
• Design and implement cloud-based data engineering solutions.
• Develop solution architecture, technical designs, and implementation documentation.
• Develop and integrate REST services and APIs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy API solutions using Apigee X and/or Apigee Edge.
• Create and maintain Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
• Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and big data technologies.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications in Kubernetes-enabled environments.
• Implement CI/CD practices using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating effectively with larger delivery teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Develop internal training materials, technical processes, and best practices.

• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) is preferred.
• Google Cloud Certified Apigee API Engineer certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience
