Job summary

Synpulse India is seeking a seasoned financial-services consultant to join its advising practice. You will work with banks and wealth managers on complex transformations from first client conversation to signed proposals.

Based in India, you will collaborate with solution leads across private-banking and wealth-management engagements, shaping requirements into actionable plans, pricing, and client-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• MBA from a top institution.
• 5+ years in consulting, advisory, pre-sales or solutioning within financial services.
• Proven client-solutioning and pre-sales track record.
• Strong understanding of wealth and banking concepts.
• Willing to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the best-fit strategy and solution.
• Shape requirements and options into clear proposals, effort estimates and pricing.
• Produce client-ready decks, memos and one-pagers that make complex topics simple.
• Run requirement pre-implementation workshops; turn client data into a feasible approach.
• Own Client requests end-to-end: scope, assumptions, risk, effort and commercials.
• Keep clients, platform vendors and delivery teams aligned from pitch to handover.
• Protect scope, margin and timelines as opportunities move into delivery.

About the Role:

You will join Synpulses financial-services consulting practice, advising banks and wealth managers on complex business transformations. Based in India, you will work alongside the solution lead across private-banking and wealth-management engagements from the first client conversation to the signed proposal.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA from Top institutions


• 5+ years in consulting, advisory, pre-sales or solutioning within financial services.


• Proven client-solutioning and pre-sales track record


• Sound grasp of wealth / banking concepts: portfolios, instruments, valuations, performance, reporting.


• Structured problem-solver who turns ambiguity into clarity.


• Persuasive communicator, written and verbal; credible with senior stakeholders.


• Commercial acumen — scoping, estimating and change requests.


• Core / wealth-platform exposure (Avaloq, Temenos, FNZ or similar) a plus.


• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
