Job description

Responsibilities

1. Own pipeline and in‑line forecasting workstreams end‑to‑end; build funnel logic, analog assessments, driver‑based movement bridges, and scenario sets using IQVIA/Symphony, ClinicalTrials.gov, claims/RWD, and Excel forecasting frameworks.
2. Design switching and persistence logic for incidence‑based models; triangulate assumptions using claims/RWD and published benchmarks; diagnose movement by decomposing starts, persistence, and switching.
3. Own LOE forecasting workstreams; develop payer and channel redistribution logic; triangulate assumptions using IQVIA/Symphony, pricing benchmarks, and competitive entry trackers.
4. Design access integration frameworks for assigned brands; apply payer mix and formulary tier demand adjustment logic using IQVIA Market Access Portal and MMIT/DRG access data.
5. Design FvA diagnostic frameworks with bias decomposition and driver attribution; diagnose structural model errors and recommend assumption recalibration.
6. Prepare and present client‑ready output views connecting forecast movement to commercial implications; deliver clear, implication‑led messaging in client review sessions.
7. Guide Analyst team members on model mechanics, input quality, and documentation discipline; contribute to SOP updates with delivery learnings.
8. Own workstream‑level QA; ensure exhibits match model outputs; maintain documentation clarity and version control discipline.

Required Qualifications

1. 35 years in pharma forecasting, commercial analytics, or healthcare analytics consulting
2. Ability to independently manage and deliver forecasting modules pipeline, in‑line, or LOE without step‑by‑step guidance
3. Strong grounding in patient‑based modelling, analog assessment, variance diagnostics, and scenario design
4. Proficiency in Excel for forecasting model builds; working knowledge of IQVIA and Symphony data products
5. Clear, confident written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex findings in plain, business‑relevant language
6. Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Public Health, or a related analytical field
