Oges Solution is seeking a Consultant with strong experience in Strategy Consulting, M&A, Commercial Due Diligence and Business Analytics. You will work on strategic engagements, market analysis, growth strategies and investment opportunities across industrial and environmental sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategy Consulting, M&A, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and Business Analytics.
• Experience in market sizing, industry research, competitive analysis and market mapping.
• Ability to develop acquisition target lists, screening criteria and investment opportunity assessments.
• Strong financial modelling and benchmarking skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market sizing, industry research, competitive analysis, and market mapping.
• Support M&A transactions and Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) projects.
• Develop acquisition target lists, screening criteria, and investment opportunity assessments.
• Perform financial analysis, benchmarking, and business modelling.
• Build and analyse datasets using public filings, regulatory databases, and market sources.
• Conduct primary research and expert interviews; contribute to industry assessments.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, dashboards and analytical models.
• Support business growth strategies and strategic decision-making.
