About the Role

We are looking for a Computer Operator to support day-to-day operational activities at the command centre in Mysuru.

The role involves handling incoming user calls, recording complaints and requests, updating information accurately in the system, providing basic assistance to users, coordinating with field teams, and maintaining daily operational reports.

This opportunity is also open to freshers who have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.

The selected candidate should be comfortable interacting with users and stakeholders, working with computer-based applications, maintaining accurate information, and coordinating with different teams for timely resolution of reported issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from users in a polite and professional manner.
• Understand user complaints, requests, and queries and record them accurately in the system.
• Update complaint status, user information, and other operational details as required.
• Provide basic information and guidance to users.
• Coordinate with field teams and concerned personnel for complaint and issue resolution.
• Follow up on reported complaints and ensure that appropriate updates are recorded.
• Perform regular data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Maintain daily operational reports and trackers.
• Verify entered information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist users with basic queries related to the system or available services.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate team when they cannot be resolved at the initial level.
• Maintain proper records of calls, complaints, updates, and resolutions.
• Use email and other communication channels for operational coordination when required.
• Support routine command centre activities and other operational requirements assigned by the team.
