Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of embroidery design experience.
• Proficient in Wilcom Embroidery Studio.
• Proficient in CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of embroidery digitizing and stitch techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create and digitize embroidery designs using Wilcom Embroidery Studio.
• Develop and edit artwork, logos, motifs, and patterns using CorelDRAW.
• Convert artwork into machine-ready embroidery files such as DST and EMB.
• Manage stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, stitch types, and thread color sequencing.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and production requirements.
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams for accurate design execution.
• Modify designs according to customer specifications and feedback.
• Maintain design files and complete assignments within deadlines.
