Job summary

ITC Worldwide is seeking an experienced CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) to join our training team in India. You will deliver official CompTIA courses to IT professionals and corporate clients, and tailor programs to client objectives.

You will mentor learners, stay current with exam objectives, and collaborate with curriculum developers to enhance lab environments and course materials. Travel for on-site training engagements will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver official CompTIA training courses (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+, CySA+, CASP+) to IT professionals and corporate clients.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs and learning objectives.
• Facilitate hands-on labs, simulations, and interactive sessions to reinforce learning.
• Stay updated with CompTIA certification updates, exam objectives, and best practices.
• Mentor learners pursuing CompTIA certifications and provide guidance on exam preparation.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to enhance course materials and lab environments.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
• Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and documentation.
• Design and administer examinations and assessments to evaluate trainee performance.
• Support marketing and sales teams in promoting CompTIA training offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) credential.
• Minimum of 710 years of experience in IT training and technical instruction.
• Proven track record of delivering CompTIA certification training across various domains.
• Strong understanding of core IT concepts including hardware, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Additional CompTIA certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CASP+, PenTest+).
• Experience with other certification bodies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS).
