Job Summary

The primary job for the Compositor in Square One will be to create original and engaging video content to be used for digital marketing campaigns for our clients. For this you will be required to work closely with the advertising and communication team to crack video concepts.

The secondary task for the editor will be to edit 3D films that are made by the animation team in Square One.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Edit and create original video content for digital marketing campaigns
• Mould and shape the narrative and message of minidoc style videos
• Brainstorm and contribute video ideas
• Lead video postproduction process (editing, sound, color, graphics), with estimated release schedule of 23 quality video per week
• Export, compress, and reformat video files
• Manage and organize digital assets from multiple sources
• Editing 3D films created by the 3D animation team at Square One
• Assist in creating and editing motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Support the creative and production teams in developing visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Ensure all motion graphics and video content meet quality standards and deadlines under the supervision of senior designers.

Key Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, you have a creative eye and are an excellent storyteller
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with color correction and grading in Adobe Premiere
• Should have a strong understanding of current design and animation trends.
• Select stock footage, music tracks, iconography, photography, graphic elements and integrate all into finished videos for internal and external viewing.
• At least 1+ years of experience in professional post-production
• Strong technical understanding of the post-production workflow and amazing attention to detail
• Motion graphics skills
