Ambit Arcadia Alternatives LLP seeks a Compliance Officer in GIFT City to manage regulatory compliance, audits, and reporting for AIF operations. The role requires a CS/LLB and 3+ years of experience in institutions per IFSCA regulations.

You will coordinate with trustees, custodians, and fund administrators while staying updated on evolving SEBI/IFSCA rules. The role demands attention to detail, strong English communication, and collaborative problem-solving within Compliance & Legal.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in Institutions per IFSCA regulations.
• Stay updated with SEBI/IFSCA rules for AIFs and communicate changes.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy in regulatory reports.
• Establish ongoing monitoring of compliance activities for AIF operations.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify non-compliance risks and remediate.
• Coordinate with Trustee/Custodian/Fund Administrator/Operations.
• Review or draft legal agreements.
• AML/CFT compliance and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required by SEBI and IFSCA.
• Maintain data accuracy and completeness in all compliance submissions.
• Establish and maintain a system for ongoing compliance monitoring of AIF operations.
• Conduct internal audits and remedial actions for identified gaps.
• Coordinate with Trustee, Custodian, Fund Administrator and Operations teams.

• Company Secretary / LLB having 3 years of experience in Institutions* (3 years is must as per IFSCA Regulations)
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with the latest laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by SEBI and IFSCA for AIFs. Monitor regulatory changes and effectively communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Compliance reporting and monitoring: prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports as required by SEBI and IFSCA.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data submitted in these reports.
• Establish and maintain a system for ongoing monitoring of compliance activities related to AIF operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risks. implement remedial measures as needed.
