Job summary

Neeraj Bhagat & Company in Delhi is seeking an experienced accounting professional responsible for statutory compliances, GST and tax filings, and MIS reporting.

The role involves leading a small team of 3-4, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual filings while maintaining data integrity.

Candidates with Articleship completion will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Articleship completion strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST filings, TDS filings, and PF filings.
• Experience with annual GST audits and statutory audits.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports in client-specific formats.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly compliances for TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT and other statutory laws.
• Ensure all statutory compliances on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual basis.
• Annual Financial Statement preparation, ITR preparation, Tax Audit preparation and filing of different forms with Income Tax department.
• Preparation of various MIS for clients in their specific formats.
• Having Good communication skills so that Liaise with clients and provide financial information based on data maintained.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.
• Theoretical Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, FEMA regulations, FDIs.
• Experience of handling a team of at least 3-4 persons and closely working with different teams.

• Strong knowledge of Tally, Quickbooks, Genius and other such softwares.
• Working knowledge of Accounting, TDS provisions, PF Provisions and GST provisions.
• Should have proficient knowledge about GST filings, TDS Filings & PF filing, Annual GST Audits, Statutory Audits.
