Job summary

Entero Healthcare Solutions in Mumbai seeks a regulatory compliance professional to oversee pharma laws and compliance programs. You will manage documentation, liaise with internal teams and external consultants, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, relevant experience in pharma compliance, and excellent communication and coordination skills. This position is based in Mumbai with a focus on regulatory leadership.

Qualifications

• LLB degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
• Experience in legal/compliance in pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Understanding of statutory requirements, regulatory documentation, and legal risk management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle pharma-related legal/regulatory matters, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and other healthcare laws.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
• Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external legal consultants on compliance-related matters.
• Manage statutory filings, licenses, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
• Identify compliance risks and support internal audits and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to corporate and industry-specific compliance requirements.
