Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks a senior in-house counsel to lead the legal function. You will shape strategy, oversee a small team, and ensure regulatory compliance across pharma, clinical trials, and data privacy.

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• 12–18 years of legal experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of Indian pharmaceutical regulations & clinical trial laws.
• Proven experience in litigation management, legal advisory service and complex commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
