Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliances, payroll data reconciliation, and documentation. The role requires expertise in PF, ESI, PT, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS and GST, with collaboration across payroll and vendor partners.

The candidate will monitor regulatory changes, maintain compliance calendars, and support audits and inspections while safeguarding confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Must be able to manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS and GST.
• Coordinate with payroll, internal stakeholders and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliances for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, GST and others.
• Reconcile payroll and statutory data to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance registers, challans, returns, certificates and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, payroll teams, consultants and vendor partners.
• Support statutory inspections, audits, notices and assessments.
• Track changes in laws and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance calendars and escalate delays.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for management.
• Support corrective and preventive actions and ensure data confidentiality.
• Coordinate timely renewal of CLRA License with vendors.

• Specific Skills: Seeking experience in compliance, labor laws, CLRA, and managing statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, and GST.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliances relating to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, GST, and other applicable regulations.
• Reconcile payroll and statutory data to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance registers, challans, returns, certificates, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, payroll teams, consultants and Vendor Partners.
• Support statutory inspections, audits, notices, and assessments.
• Track changes in applicable laws and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance calendars and elevate potential delays or non-compliance.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for management.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and business information.
• Coordinate the vendor partners for timely renewal of CLRA License.
