Job summary

Tipsons Group seeks a compliance professional in Ahmedabad to manage regulatory reporting and ensure SEBI compliance. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to implement circulars from regulators and exchanges, and maintaining records for audits.

The candidate will liaise with the Board and management on regulatory changes, and support internal audits to validate adherence to compliance requirements.

• Ensured compliance with regulations set by SEBI and relevant exchanges.
• Managed submissions of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and event-based compliance reports.
• Communicated and implemented circulars from stock exchanges and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely execution.
• Updated Board and management on changes in SEBI regulations and implemented new compliance provisions.
• Collaborated with all departments on a daily basis to align compliance activities with internal policies.
• Assisted and coordinated with internal auditors to facilitate evaluations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintained accurate records of compliance activities for audits and regulatory correspondence.
