Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies across all operations.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain effective compliance management systems, including monitoring processes and reporting findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance into business operations.
• Provide training on compliance matters to employees at all levels within the organization.
• Skilled in managing certification processes, including Transaction Certificates (TC) for GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and Textile Exchange standards such as OCS, GRS, and CCS.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Compliance Officer role or related field (audit compliance, corporate compliance, etc.).
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (SEDEX), risk compliance, audit compliance, social audit principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., reports) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
