• Prepare regulatory submissions, internal compliance reports, and Board/Committee updates.
• Coordinate with business units and support functions for compliance confirmations and action closure.
• Manage annual outsourcing reviews and vendor compliance submissions.
• Support RBI inspections, internal/statutory audits and special reviews; track audit observations to closure.
