S&P Global, Gurgaon, India, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support broad-based compensation programs and data administration. You will work with Compensation Leads to ensure accurate data, participate in surveys, and help benchmarks across regions.
The role requires 3+ years in compensation or HR, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, providing year‑round support for broad‑based compensation programs, processes, and initiatives in partnership with colleagues across regions. You will work closely with Compensation Leads and Total Rewards colleagues to support day‑to‑day compensation activities, reporting, and data administration. This role is well suited for someone building foundational compensation knowledge in a structured, team‑oriented environment. The role reports to the Compensation Lead.
