Job summary

Medpace Clinical Research India is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Human Resources team in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on data entry, payroll support, onboarding communications, and handling confidential employee information.

You will collaborate with HR and other departments, provide first-level payroll/benefits support, and maintain accurate HR records while ensuring high attention to detail and strong written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional setting.
• Beginner-to-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Beginner-to-Intermediate knowledge of Human Resources or Enterprise Resource Planning software.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
