• Closely collaborate with global and regional C&B teams.
• Conduct and manage salary and benefits benchmarking for India.
• Harmonize bonus and incentive programs according to global guidelines.
• Support the execution of annual compensation review cycles.
• Harmonize and optimize the benefits portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Manage external providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations in India.
