Job summary

Omam Consultants in Delhi seeks a Compensation Benchmarking Consultant to manage compensation benchmarking assignments for domestic clients across industries. You will develop benchmarks based on industry, geography, company size, role, and experience, and deliver reports and dashboards with actionable insights.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze salary structures, and support designing salary frameworks and market positioning with timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in Management Consulting, HR Consulting, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Compensation Benchmarking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and translate it into meaningful client insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client assignments and deliverables.
• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• Interact directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements, present findings, and address queries.
• Manage assignments independently from requirement gathering through analysis, report preparation, and client presentation.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of client projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in client-facing consulting assignments is preferred.
