Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a Total Rewards professional to partner with senior leadership across compensation, analytics, wellness, and governance to drive strategy and optimize reward programs across global teams.

The role involves designing incentive plans, benchmarking, and overseeing executive performance management, payroll considerations, and HR analytics. You will collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and business teams to enhance employee experience and alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles including compensation, wellness, incentives, and performance management.
• Knowledge of sales incentive plan design concepts and governance mechanisms.
• Understanding of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, market positioning, and annual compensation cycles.
• Knowledge of executive performance management frameworks and governance practices.
• Familiarity with employee wellness administration.
• Understanding of payroll, taxation, and compliance considerations related to rewards programs.
• Knowledge of HR analytics, dashboards, and data interpretation techniques.
• Awareness of HR systems, compensation tools, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

The role is part of the core Total Rewards team and involves partnering closely with senior leadership across compensation, sales incentives, executive performance management, wellness, and analytics. The incumbent will drive strategic and operational initiatives that enhance reward effectiveness, governance, employee experience, and business alignment across global teams.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles including compensation, wellness, incentives, and performance management
