The role partners with HR and business stakeholders to provide data‑driven insights and day‑to‑day compensation support, ensuring our programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant.

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our workforce expansion in India.
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using compensation survey data to ensure roles are benchmarked accurately and consistently. Participate in salary survey submissions and maintain survey vendor relationships. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and compensation tools to support HR and business decision‑making. Analyze internal pay equity and external competitiveness, identifying trends and flagging issues for review. Support annual compensation planning processes, including data preparation, system updates, and reporting.
Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Support the management of global compensation programs, including variable incentive program market evaluation and administrative operations locally. Manage and optimize AI‑enabled compensation tools and platforms, including evaluating vendor solutions, designing workflows, configuring models or prompts for compensation use cases, and driving adoption across HR and business stakeholder groups.
May manage compensation programs, such as recognition and morale programs, including program enhancement, administration, budget oversight, and effectiveness analysis, ensuring alignment with total rewards philosophy and a positive employee experience. Ensure data quality, compliance, and alignment with compensation policies by auditing compensation data, enforcing data governance standards, and identifying process improvements across systems such as Workday and external survey platforms.
This role is an office position. Employees are expected to work at the Zillow India office 80‑100% of the time each month and must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Employees will receive a competitive base pay and may be eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with applicable laws and Zillow policies.
