Samkalp Skill Development Private Limited is seeking a Community Mobilizer to lead grassroots outreach and mobilize candidates for residential skill development programs in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role requires strong local networks, field independence, and effective counseling to identify and engage beneficiaries.

The position is a Full-time Contractual role for an initial 6 months, with potential continuation based on performance and project needs.

About the Role

We are looking for Male or Female Community Mobilizer who have strong grassroots/community connections, good local networks, and the ability to independently work in the field for our skill development projects. The role involves community outreach, identification of potential beneficiaries, awareness generation, candidate counselling, and mobilization for residential skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities

The Community Mobilizer will conduct grassroots outreach and candidate mobilization across Ahmedabad, identify eligible beneficiaries through local networks and community groups, counsel and mobilize candidates for residential skill development programs, conduct field visits and awareness activities, support documentation, enrollment, verification and onboarding, maintain field records and reports, coordinate with the project team, and independently achieve assigned mobilization targets.

Field & Travel Requirements

Own two-wheeler is mandatory for this role. Candidates must be comfortable with regular field travel across Ahmedabad for community mobilization activities. Fuel/travel expenses for official field work will be provided/reimbursed as per company policy.

The mobilizer will be responsible for end-to-end field mobilisation across assigned areas of Ahmedabad for residential skill development programs.

Candidates should be comfortable with extensive grassroot-level work and direct interaction with communities and beneficiaries.

Contract & Career Continuation

This is a Full-time Contractual Position initially offered for a 6-month period.

Based on satisfactory performance and project/organizational requirements, the candidate may be considered for continuation and/or on-roll employment after completion of the initial 6-month contractual period.
