Job summary

Aveosoft is seeking a proactive Community Manager to build, manage, and grow our online communities across Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other platforms from Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Reddit and social communities, excellent written and verbal communication, and a self-driven approach to drive organic engagement and meaningful conversations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Community Management or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Reddit, Facebook Groups, or other online communities.
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, guidelines, and organic engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow communities across Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other online platforms.
• Create engaging posts, discussions, polls, announcements, and content.
• Drive conversations and increase community participation.
• Identify relevant communities, trends, and opportunities for organic growth.
• Build relationships with members, moderators, admins, and influencers.
• Monitor discussions, feedback, and sentiment; respond promptly.
• Plan and execute community engagement activities, campaigns, and events.
• Ensure activities follow platform policies and guidelines.
• Track growth and engagement metrics; share actionable insights.
• Continuously experiment with new ideas to improve engagement.
