Job summary

Hudle is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Community Management Interns to drive engagement at select partner venues. Your role is to grow the number of players and foster a vibrant sports community through open play games, events, leagues, and tournaments.

You will act as the face of Hudle at venues, organize and promote events, build relationships with coaches and players, and help scale promotions while gathering feedback to improve the experience for everyone involved.

Qualifications

• Passion for sports and community-driven initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
• Experience in event management or community building is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media for promotions.
• Hands-on community building in the sports industry is preferred.
• Networking with sports enthusiasts, venue owners, and industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Hudle at partner venues, encouraging players to participate and stay connected.
• Organize and promote open play games, community events, leagues, and tournaments.
• Collaborate with venue partners, coaches, and players to enhance the sports experience.
• Support marketing efforts with local promotions and social media updates.
• Gather feedback from players and partners to provide actionable insights to Hudle.
• Enforce community guidelines and resolve issues to maintain a positive environment.
• Monthly reporting on players, games, events hosted, and performance to the Community Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Act as the face of Hudle at partner venues, encouraging players to participate and stay connected.
• Event Management: Organize and promote open play games, community events, tournaments, leagues, and rated matches.
• Relationship Building: Collaborate with venue partners, coaches, and players to enhance the sports experience.
• Promotion: Support marketing efforts by creating buzz through local promotions, social media updates, and word-of-mouth.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from players and venue partners to provide actionable insights to the Hudle team.
• Community Management: Ensure a positive environment by enforcing community guidelines and resolving any issues.
• Monthly Reporting : Report on the number of players, games and events hosted and their performance to the Community Head.
