Job summary

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
• Experience with community engagement, outreach campaigns, customer communications, or contributor management is highly preferred.
• Experience using CRM, recruitment, or community management tools is an advantage.

• Create, implement, and manage effective outreach campaigns, engagement programs, and community events for DataForce contributors and other relevant audiences.
• Design, implement, and monitor satisfaction surveys to gather feedback from the DataForce community.
• Analyze, forecast, measure, and report on the effectiveness of engagement campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a systematic, process-driven approach to community engagement and relationship management.
• Identify trends and issues within the DataForce community and support the development of recruitment and engagement strategies.
• Create engaging email campaigns and communication materials to improve contributor engagement and participation.
• Review and update communication templates, documentation, and outreach materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, Recruitment, Technical Support, Operations, and Payments, to deliver a positive contributor experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Engagement Manager or Community Sourcing Director.

This role ensures that engagement programs address the needs of various contributor groups, develops and maintains internal and external communication templates, and regularly reviews content to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.

The Community Engagement Coordinator is also responsible for creating engaging communications that enhance contributor participation and hiring engagement, while conducting periodic reviews of community engagement initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, implement, and manage effective outreach campaigns, engagement programs, and community events for DataForce contributors and other relevant audiences.
