Job summary

EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd. in Mysore is seeking energetic Spoken English Trainers for its VOICE program to help college students improve English communication, confidence, and interview readiness. This is an on-site contract role with hourly remuneration.

You will conduct daily sessions, use the VOICE curriculum and AI-based tools, provide feedback, and track progress through the learning app. Walk-In Recruitment Drive planned for November 2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Spoken English Training, Communication Skills Training or Soft Skills Training for college students or young adults.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (CEFR C1 level or above).
• Experience conducting classroom training for groups of 15-25 students.
• Strong presentation, storytelling and classroom facilitation skills.
• Ability to motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
• Understanding of at least one regional Indian language relevant to the training location.
• Comfortable using digital learning platforms, mobile applications and AI-based learning tools.
• Willingness to work on-site five days a week.

Responsibilities

About the Role

EduBridge is looking for passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainers for its VOICE program, designed to help college students improve their English communication skills, build confidence and prepare for job interviews.

We are looking for trainers who can create an engaging, supportive and interactive learning environment where students actively practice spoken English.

• Willingness to work on-site five days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in employability skills or placement readiness training.
• Experience conducting mock interviews, group discussions and personality development sessions.
• TESOL, CELTA, DELTA or other relevant teaching certifications
• Experience training college students and fresh graduates
• Knowledge of CEFR-based English assessments.
