Job summary

Think Design is seeking a Communications Designer to join our Bengaluru office. You will lead the design and production of communication materials across web, decks, social, video, and print, ensuring that the medium extends your message.

You’ll craft video deliverables, assist in storyboarding, and translate creative direction into tangible outcomes while collaborating with a cross‑functional team and maintaining brand guidelines. Fluent English is required, with basic French a plus.

Qualifications

• Education in Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design from a reputed institution.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including video/multimedia editing.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in a similar company (B2B, consulting) is a plus.
• English proficiency a must; basic French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication material and provide design for promotion materials in different formats: Web, slide decks, social media posts, videos, animations, print, etc.
• Design and create video deliverables such as corporate videos and marketing content.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.

As part of a global design team, you’ll be primarily responsible for the design and production of communication material across mediums and touch-points. You are thus expected to be well versed with various mediums and for you, the medium is just an extension of your thought!

• Develop communication material and provide design for promotion materials in different formats: Web, slide decks, social media posts, videos, animations, print etc.,
• Design and create video deliverables such as corporate videos, marketing video content.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Able to provide creative direction and translate it into communication outcomes.
• Clearly articulate design decisions to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team and iterate based on the team's needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest happenings in the world of communication design.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification in Graphic Design/ Visual Communication Design from a reputed design institution.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including video/ multimedia editing software.
• At least 5+ years of experience in the industry.
• Experience in a similar company (b2b, consulting) is a plus.
• English language proficiency is a must. Basic knowledge of French is a big plus.
