The HVDC Control Team sits at the heart of innovation. We develop, test, and validate hardware and software for state-of-the-art HVDC solutions, working in agile, lean environments. Our multinational experts partner seamlessly with engineering, project management, and customers to turn complex requirements into customized, high-performance systems. As the final quality gate for Factory Acceptance Tests and during on-site commissioning, we ensure that high-voltage equipment and control and protection systems meet the highest standards - before they go live.

• Effective commissioning for HVDC projects from test phase to site execution
• Guide an international team of experts, aligning people, processes, and performance
• Ensure full compliance with contracts, regulations, and occupational health and safety standards site test facilities, acting as a key quality gate for HW/SW readiness
• Enable seamless construction site execution through strong coordination, clear communication, and structured progress reporting conformance handling.

What You Bring

• Global experience to scale energy infrastructure term site assignments in Germany and worldwide, with optional offshore exposure
• Excellent understanding of project management fundamentals
• English fluency required; German language skills are a strong advantage
• Valid driver's license
