Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior commercial leader to oversee contracts, procurement, cost management, claims, and financial administration for major infrastructure projects. The role requires extensive experience in EPC and design-build contexts with strong FIDIC contract knowledge.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 18 years in commercial management, including at least 8 years in a lead role. Preference for membership in RICS or CIArb.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of commercial management experience.
• Minimum 8 years in a lead commercial role on major projects.
• Extensive experience with EPC, design-build and major infrastructure contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract forms, claims and contract administration.
• Membership of RICS, CIArb or equivalent preferred.
