Role Overview

The Clinical Apprentice - CV will undergo a structured 1-year training program designed to develop clinical, technical, and field competencies in Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) & Counterpulsation therapies. The apprentice will support clinical application activities, product demonstrations, installations, and customer engagement under the guidance of senior specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Learning (Initial Phase):

• Participate in structured classroom training on ECMO & IABP systems, accessories, and
  related technologies.
• Develop understanding of ECMO & IABP clinical protocols and therapy management.
• Observe live ECMO procedures and clinical workflows in hospitals.
• Work closely with senior specialists for hands-on learning.

Clinical Support (On-the-Job Training Phase):

• Assist in providing on-site clinical support during ECMO cases under supervision.
• Support product demonstrations.
• Participate in installation and commissioning of ECMO & IABP systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic technical and clinical issues.

Field Exposure & Customer Engagement:

• Accompany sales and clinical application teams for hospital visits.
• Support training sessions and workshops for hospital staff.
• Build professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders under supervision.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of clinical cases, product usage, and field activities.
• Ensure adherence to company quality, compliance, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Perfusion Technology
• Strong interest in critical care and advanced life-support technologies
• Fresh graduates
