Job summary

Growth For Impact in Mumbai seeks a driven project manager to oversee end-to-end renewable energy contracts with corporate buyers. You will coordinate with internal teams to track milestones, report progress, and manage client communications on project status and deliverables.

• Manage end-to-end renewable energy contracts with corporate buyers.

• Gather inputs from project development, engineering, land, regulatory, finance, and operations teams.
• Track progress against development milestones and ensure timely reporting to corporate buyers.
• Act as the primary coordination point for client asset management teams on contractual matters.
• Manage ongoing client communication regarding project status, operational performance, and contractual deliverables.

ROLE

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of renewable energy and environmental attribute contracts with corporate buyers.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contractual obligations and ensure all milestones and obligations are fulfilled on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare monthly project development updates for contracted projects.
• Gather inputs from project development, engineering, land, regulatory, finance, and operations teams.
• Track progress against development milestones and ensure timely reporting to corporate buyers.
• Act as the primary coordination point for client asset management teams on operational and contractual matters.
• Manage ongoing client communication regarding project status, operational performance, and contractual deliverables.
• Work closely with internal teams across project development and execution, asset management, finance and billing, and regulatory and market operations to ensure understanding and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Track contractual obligations across a portfolio of projects and ensure timely execution of all commitments.
• Identify potential contractual or operational risks early and elevate them internally as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in renewable energy project management, asset management, and commercial operations in energy markets.
• Experience in contract management within infrastructure or power sectors.
• Familiarity with renewable energy project development and operations.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple contractual obligations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
