NIIT Foundation invites a proactive College Coordinator to manage relationships with colleges, coordinate student engagement, and facilitate training and placement opportunities within partner institutions.

NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society ( NGO ) set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. Its mission is to positively impact the underprivileged of the country through educational initiatives and skill development programs . NIIT Foundation, an Education NGO has a mandate to reach the unreached, uncared and unattended to ensure inclusive development of India.
To shape the mandate, NIIT Foundation has begun a number of programs like donate for child education, skill development, Financial literacy and all, that positively impact the underserved of the country through various educational interventions. The intent of NF is to better understand the education and employability issues at the grassroots level. The organisation builds corporate and ngo partnerships for sustainable development.
The College Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with colleges and educational institutions, coordinating student engagement activities, facilitating training and placement opportunities, and ensuring smooth implementation of project activities within partner colleges.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, ITIs, and other educational institutions.
Coordinate with college management, principals, placement officers, faculty members, and student coordinators.
Identify and onboard new colleges as per project requirements.
Conduct regular visits to partner institutions and ensure effective coordination.
Support the execution of MoUs and institutional partnerships.
Mobilize eligible students for skill development, employability, certification, and placement programs.
Conduct orientation sessions, awareness campaigns, career counselling, and student engagement activities.
Maintain regular communication with students through calls, WhatsApp groups, email, and other communication channels.
Ensure students complete registration, assessments, training, and certification requirements.
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training programs in partnership with colleges.
Work closely with trainers and college faculty to ensure smooth implementation.
Track student attendance, participation, course completion, and assessment performance.
Resolve operational issues related to training and student participation.
Coordinate with the placement team to identify suitable job and internship opportunities for students.
Facilitate campus placement drives, job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer interactions.
Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews, career counselling, and employability sessions.
Maintain placement-related records and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Develop relationships with local and regional employers for employment opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of colleges, students, training activities, attendance, assessments, and placements.
Regularly update project MIS, dashboards, trackers, and other reporting tools.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.
Ensure timely submission of all project-related documents and reports.
Monitor targets and take corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
Graduate degree in any discipline; postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in college coordination, student engagement, education, skill development, placement, CSR, or livelihood projects.
Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel for college visits and project activities.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Professional attitude and ability to work with students and institutional stakeholders.
Candidates with experience in college partnerships, employability programs, skill development, placement coordination, CSR projects, campus recruitment, or youth engagement will be preferred.
