Job summary

Electronica Finance is seeking an experienced MIS/Collections Analytics professional to drive reporting, dashboards, and decision support from Pune. You will automate daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, monitor KPIs, and analyze portfolios to uncover trends and risks.

The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and analytics skills, with exposure to LMS reporting and call center analytics. Collaboration with Operations and teams will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-6 years of MIS, Analytics, or Collections Reporting experience in BFSI/NBFC/Fintech.
• Experience in collection portfolios and call center analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and automate daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS reports and dashboards.
• Track key collection KPIs: Bucket Performance, Recovery, Roll Rates, Collection Efficiency, Resolution TAT, and Agent Productivity.
• Analyze collection portfolios, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor call center productivity, agent allocation, and operational performance.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from LMS and other systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, ADU, and Business teams for reporting and case tracking.
• Drive process automation using Excel, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
