Job summary

Servotech Renewable Power Systems Ltd. is seeking an experienced leader at AM/DM/GM/AGM level in Revenue Realisation, Claims & Collections to steer our Pan-India revenue recovery and collections function.

The role focuses on converting executed projects, dispatched materials, and milestones into cash, while engaging PSU, Government and large institutional clients across India to drive invoice closure, dispute resolution and timely payments.

About the Role

This is a leadership role focused on converting executed projects, dispatched materials, and completed milestones into actual cash realization.

The role will primarily manage PSU, Government, State Utilities, and large institutional clients, while driving invoice closure, claims, dispute resolution, and payment recovery across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cash collection and revenue realization
• Drive recovery from EPC, EV, Solar & Power projects
• Resolve invoice disputes related to short supply, material damage, I&C, QA/QC and documentation
• Manage RA Bills, milestone billing, final bills and retention release
• Handle PSU & Government payment cycles and approvals
• Lead claims, LD disputes, recovery and escalation
• Build and manage a Pan-India collections & closure team
• Establish strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and governance
• Develop aging dashboards, blockage trackers and weekly CEO/CFO MIS
• Drive cross‑functional coordination with Projects, SCM, QA/QC, Finance and Site Teams

What Were Looking For

1015+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Realisation / Claims / Collections.
Strong experience in EPC / Power / Solar / Infrastructure / EV projects.
Proven experience handling PSU & Government clients.
Strong expertise in project billing, invoice closure and dispute resolution.
Experience managing large and complex project portfolios; 500 Cr+ preferred.
Strong negotiation, escalation and stakeholder‑management skills
Data-driven, process-oriented and highly execution-focused leadership.
