Collections Manager

Base pay range: $7.00/yr - $8.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage and undertake the collections process for debts that have been allocated.
• Track the portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area.
• Ensure the collection process adheres to legal guidelines.
• Maintain data for administrative work related to collection, such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS reports, and reviewing collection feedback on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate overall business operations with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Audit, review, and document collections policies, strategies, and practices.
• Design calling strategy and dialler management for the collection process.

Qualifications
