Job summary

State Street Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Collateral Management professional to support Securities Finance operations, including loans, cash collateral, and MTM processes. The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely delivery, and the ability to train junior staff.

You will liaise with internal teams, prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines, and work in shifts to support EMEA hours from Hyderabad. A strong background in financial services and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in Securities lending or collateral management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production and day‑to‑day activities in Securities Finance Collateral management.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and checklists.
• Resolve queries and escalate as needed while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Train subordinates and provide direction as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues and prevent breaks.

This position will support the production and day to day activities in Securities Finance Collateral management. Assists in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and checklist and perform duties with due diligence and integrity.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As Collateral management -Emerging Lead, you will

• Knowledge of Securities lending program, Cash collateral, MTM, Settlement and resolving breaks.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on service.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and industry deadlines.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage high volumes.
• Committed to learn technical aspects of each deliverable.
• Ability to communicate with various internal teams to resolve queries and escape accordingly.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Understand errors, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions
• Responsible for the direction and training of subordinates.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
