Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru seeks a finance analytics professional to transform how finance informs decision-making. You will work with sales, marketing, operations and product teams to turn raw data into a Finance POV that guides investment choices.

With 3–5 years of business finance experience and a CA or MBA qualification, you will build scorecards and ROI models, automate reviews, and own inputs into planning and quarterly forecasting cycles in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA qualification required.
• 3–5 years of experience in business finance, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, stakeholder management and finance automation.
• Strong understanding of business financials and P&L, with ability to influence decisions.

About the Role:

This isn’t a typical Reporting role.

1. You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.

2. CoinDCX operates in a market where volumes, products and regulation move faster than any quarterly plan can anticipate. That makes business finance far less about reporting the past and far more about being the analytical engine behind what we do next.

3. In this role you will sit close to the sales, marketing, operations and product teams, turning raw performance data into a clear Finance point of view on what is working, what is not, and where the next rupee should go.

4. You will build the scorecards, models and ROI frameworks that leadership uses to make calls – and you will be in the room when those calls are made.

What You’ll Do:

1. 1. Drive data analysis across KPIs for different sales channels, marketing effectiveness and core business metrics to explain what is actually moving the business.
2. 2. Develop and automate Finance review scorecards with key KPIs to decode revenue performance across products and channels.
3. 3. Evaluate cost – benefit and ROI across different spends to bring scientific rigour to investment decisions.
4. 4. Build financial models and forecasts, and own your inputs into the annual planning/budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
5. 5. Lead Post – Implementation Reviews after a project or initiative launches, to verify whether the projected financial benefits were actually realised.
6. 6. Drill down into the profitability of specific business units and channels to identify opportunities and share insights that change decisions.

What You’ll Bring:

1. 1. 3 – 5 years of experience in business finance, with a CA or MBA qualification.
2. 2. Hands – on experience across data analysis, stakeholder management and finance automation.
3. 3. Prior experience of working in business finance in a high – growth environment.
4. 4. Strong understanding of business financials and P&L, with the ability to add value and drive a Finance POV in discussions.
5. 5. Good understanding of different business KPIs – their uses, calculations and limitations.
6. 6. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, plus working fluency with AI tools such as Gemini or Claude.
7. 7. Exceptional verbal and written communication, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

1. 1. Finance review scorecards for key channels/products/functions are automated and running with minimal manual effort.
2. 2. ROI and cost – benefit frameworks you have built are actively shaping where spend goes powered through regular Post – Implementation Reviews.
3. 3. Your inputs into the quarterly forecast are accurate and trusted enough for the business to plan against.
